Brief Description of the Project:
Construction of 6 nr. new residential blocks providing 475 nr. luxury apartments with basement car parking, retail outlets, associated site works and infrastructure. It is an existing brown field site, overlooking the Titanic Arc and Clarendon Dock to the west, Harland Wolff dry dock to the north and Sydenham Road to the east. The site is within the Titanic Quarter Development grounds, Belfast; Construction commencing 2006, finishing 2009.
