Description of Project1000 seater auditorium and theatre complex complete adjacent to the city walls and within a conservation area at the heart of the city. The project comprised of an auditorium, exhibition area, a public piazza, retail outlets and ancillary theatre spaces such as rehearsal space, back stage accommodation and full fit-out. The theatre also comprised of full cinema facilities. Introduction of outside funders before site start required additional advice on project strategy, contractual arrangements, bond, insurances, etc.
