Brief Description of the Project:
Construction of high bay warehouse and distribution centres for such occupiers as Gilbeys, Dunnes Stores, Doras Doors, Phoenix Carpets and Gill & McMillan; scope also included fit-out for client production facilities. The construction included cluster starter units, associated siteworks and infrastructure, roads and services for taking-in-charge by Dublin Corporation, associated culverts, street lighting, CCTV security systems and landscaping.
