Our independant Project Monitoring team is skilled in feasibility studies, development appraisals, risk analysis and project improvement measures.

Employer's Agent/PPP

Our professionals are experienced in providing a sucessful Employer's Agent service acting on behalf of clients ensuring that the contract is executed in accordance with the conditions of contract.

We will ensure that the contract documents adequately reflect the client's project needs, establish and ensure operation of project controls, comprehensive monthly reporting,monitoring and cooordination of completion documentation.

On PPP projects we advise the developer on all technical issues of the submission process from Preferred Bidder status to Financial close and liaising with the bank's representative. Our service also involves monitoring the construction process and reporting monthly to the SPV and to the funder's Project monitors to ensure cashflow. Finally we manage the handover process.
