Structured Learning As learning company we are committed to living the standards of “Investors in People” We recruit the best people and encourage individual development by investing in a continuous programme of structured training. Training is planned, managed and monitored through a co-ordinated training structure. Graduate training includes in-house seminars and practical experience for those wishing to prepare for the Assessment of Professional Competence leading to the qualifications MRICS/ASCS. Each graduate will be assigned a supervisor and a counsellor, who will provide guidance, support and mentoring through the core competencies required for APC. In addition to accredited Professional Institution training schemes, Sammons ensures that all staff have access to, and are supported in, relevant training to enhance their skills and ensure each individual reaches their full potential. Training is managed and reviewed as part of an individual’s Personal Development Plan. By promoting an ethos of continuous improvement and personal development we assist individuals in achieving their personal goals.
